The winter tent CUBE EXTREME 1.5 of the Helios brand is designed for ice fishing lovers, has excellent wind resistance and optimal heat resistance, thereby , allowing the angler to feel as comfortable as possible during winter fishing in any weather conditions.
When assembled, the tent has a cubic shape with walls convex outward, which helps to increase the internal volume.
The entrance to the tent is expanded 2 times compared to the base option, now the angler can enter or exit it with maximum comfort, even taking into account winter clothes.
Entry width: 75 cm. The entrance is fastened with a reinforced zipper with 2 sliders.
The reliable frame of the tent is made of fiberglass (arc diameter 9.5 mm) and ensures that the cube shape is maintained even in strong winds. The awning is attached to the frame and additionally secured to the arches with Velcro fasteners. The frame arcs at the corner joints are hidden in special pockets made of durable webbing. Protective plastic caps are attached to the ends of the arcs, which will prevent tearing of the fabric at the junction of the roof and walls of the tent.
The connection unit for the frame arcs (hub) is made of frost-resistant and impact-resistant composite material and can withstand severe frosts. Thanks to the arc fastening system, the “hubs” of the tent are very quickly transferred from the transport position to the working state. The tent can be easily installed by one person in a few minutes.
The tent's awning is made of high-density fabric (Oxford 300D) with a moisture resistance of 2000 mm water column, which provides the tent with high wind protection and protection from snow. The wear resistance of the fabric guarantees the durability of the tent.
All seams in the tent structure are made with a double stitch on a 2-needle machine, while all load-bearing seams are made with a “lock seam” in four folds of fabric, which provides them with maximum strength.
The awning is made of yellow fabric, which allows daylight to well pass into the inside of the tent, thanks to which the angler has the opportunity to fish in the daytime without illumination by additional lighting devices. The roof is black; on a sunny day it will help warm up the tent faster.
The tent is equipped with a flexible ventilation system consisting of two exhaust ventilation valves - sleeves that are tightened with a lock. They have wind protection on the outside. The lower inlet valve is sewn using the same principle - a sleeve with external protection from snow and wind. Well-thought-out ventilation ducts will make your fishing safe and will allow you not to get burned from using additional heating.
2 large double-layer windows (transparent “glasses” and blind curtains) are attached with Velcro. The windows are located at such a level from the floor that the light passing through the window will illuminate the area of the fisherman’s hands, this will make fishing more comfortable. With the help of a light-protective curtain made of tent fabric, you can regulate the lighting and heating by the sun's rays by fully or partially opening the curtain.
On the walls of the tent there are two convenient pockets for fishing items.
The snow-protective outer skirt is 20 cm wide, the inner one skirt - 15 cm. The metal eyelet (diameter 12 mm) is reinforced on the back side of the skirt with a strong strap, which guarantees reliable fixation of the eyelet. The increased size of the eyelet allows you to fasten the tent to the ice with various screw-drills.
The kit includes 8 screws and 4 strong guys for more reliable fixation of the tent to the ice. The tent folds into a durable carrying case and has a shoulder strap for easy carrying over the shoulder.
Reflective elements make the tent more visible in the dark, which will help the snowmobile to notice it in advance and prevent collisions.
