The TORNADO M2 Lady ice auger is a modernized version of the already well-proven TORNADO-M2 ice auger with a diameter of 100 mm. Thanks to its design, the ice auger is distinguished by a high speed of drilling holes.
Compared to classic ice augers, the pitch of the auger turns is increased by 10%, which ensures faster release of the hole from sludge and reduces the drilling force.
The upper handle of the ice auger is offset relative to the axis of the ice auger by 105 mm, and the bottom by 165 mm. This arrangement of the handles allows you to rotate the ice drill with both hands simultaneously, thereby increasing the speed of drilling holes in the ice.
A reinforced wing screw with a modified thread pitch on the lock parts made it possible to completely solve the problem with the spontaneous unscrewing of the wing and weakening the lock.
