Fishing sled Helios Arctic

The Arctic Helios sled has high-strength characteristics and can withstand high dynamic loads with good glide. The high-strength frost- and shock-resistant polyethylene from which the sled is made will allow you to use it even in severe frosts. The material is also shock-resistant; scratches or abrasions do not form on its surface for a long time.

The Arctic sled for winter fishing is made of low-density polyethylene (HDPE). Due to its physical and mechanical properties, this material is ideal for the production of products such as sleds. In our operating conditions, when the air temperature varies from +40 to -40°C, the safety factor of the material allows it to withstand temperature changes from +55 to -55°C. This model is used in conditions of the Far North (up to -50C).

The design of the sled-drag for winter fishing gives them the ability to confidently pass both through deep snow and along a knurled ice path.  Sustainability — one of the main advantages of winter sleds. Due to their rather large width, they pass over almost any hummocks. The sides of medium height allow you to load the required amount of equipment and catch into the fishing sled.

Holes with metal eyelets for the tow rope are located at the front. The base of the sled has a large area of contact with the surface, so the sled will not fall into the snow even on loose snow. At the bottom of the sled, runners are formed for strength and ease of movement. A fishing sled can accommodate the necessary set of equipment, including a winter box, an ice auger, and a tent. It will also be possible to place caught fish there.
