The cutting head is installed on ICEBERG ice drills of left rotation with a diameter of 130 mm, which is designed for drilling holes in the ice when fishing.
The removable head is made of durable composite material, therefore it can withstand heavy loads and guarantees constant cutting angle to the knives.
To equip the cutting head of the ICEBERG ice drill with left rotation, two types of radius knives made of high-quality steel are produced:
- ICEBERG 130L v2.0 (standard). The knives have a red stripe on the blade. The knives are characterized by an aggressive angle of attack, high drilling speed and are designed for drilling holes in ice, conventionally called “dry”.
- ICEBERG 130L v2.0 (wet ice). The knives have a blue stripe on the blade. The knives are characterized by a less aggressive attack angle, medium drilling speed and are designed for drilling holes in ice, conventionally called “wet”. These knives can also be used for drilling dry ice.
